At Benko India, customer satisfaction is our priority. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.
- Returns Eligibility
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- The return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with tags and packaging intact
Any return request after 48 hours of delivery will not be accepted.
- Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or improper handling
- Products returned without original packaging or tags
- Products purchased during sale or promotional offers (unless defective)
- Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact us via WhatsApp or Email within 48 hours of delivery
- Share your Order ID, issue details, and clear images/video of the product
- Our team will review the request and approve it if eligible
Once approved, return instructions will be shared with you.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected
- Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method
- Refund processing time: 5–7 business days after approval
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
- Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are allowed only for size or product defects, subject to stock availability
- If the requested replacement is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered
- Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch
- Once shipped, cancellation requests will not be accepted
- Shipping Damage
If your package arrives damaged:
- Do not accept the delivery, or
- Record an unboxing video clearly showing the issue
Claims without proper proof may not be accepted.
